Where on the internet i can learn manga sketching?

When I bought my computer, I was married and put my married name and husbands name in there. Now I want to change it. I want the string C:\Documents & Settings\(NAME) changed. It seems like I would have to reformat my harddrive to do this. Anyone know another way?

an electric iron utilises more amperes. though it has an auto switch whichputs on and off the iron; it needs to be improved. no'one has done it so far.it is for my electric engineering project.
