The Cruiserweight Title is exclusive to Smackdown and Vengeance is a RAW/ECW Pay Per View. So no-one is defending.

You moron!!! I don't even want the 10 points for best answer because this is one of the most stupid questions i've ever read. I will answer it, though. The Cruiserweight Championship is on Smackdown! and the champion is Gregory Helms. Vengeance is a RAW PPV. Maybe the cruiserweight title will be defended at Great American Bash, but that's next month.
