No. I believe in eating less, cutting out all junk and processed food and living on fruit, vegetables and grains. Also just drink water...3 litres a day, and walk at least 30 minutes nearly every day...and you will see the kilos drop.
I went from 16 stone to 9 stone when I lived in China eating tofu, vegetables and no dairy or fizzy drink and just green tea, and walking up 8 flights of stairs and back down 4 times a day. No cakes, desserts or chocolates or cookies...
Its all habit...and when you don't buy these things they are not there for you to nibble...Snack on carrots and raisins...

Download your favourite tracks to see to. If you’ve committed to a half hour session every day then a 30-minute soundtrack of the most extremely upbeat, motivating tunes will maintain you pumped up!

only if prescribed by a physician. Too many people don't pay attn. to what's in OTC pills or don't research if they do. I just don't trust the ingredients or that you'll get the results it promises.

Wear comfy shoes so you can take meetings for a walk as opposed to sitting at a desk.

Intimate, loving, ahem…horizontal physical exercise with the (legal) partner has been proven among the most effective ways to transfer those calories. So get with it!
