Nope they are just a scam to make money I feel they don't work at all.I tried a few with no results so I stand by my answer

No. I believe in eating less, cutting out all junk and processed food and living on fruit, vegetables and grains. Also just drink water...3 litres a day, and walk at least 30 minutes nearly every day...and you will see the kilos drop.
I went from 16 stone to 9 stone when I lived in China eating tofu, vegetables and no dairy or fizzy drink and just green tea, and walking up 8 flights of stairs and back down 4 times a day. No cakes, desserts or chocolates or cookies...
Its all habit...and when you don't buy these things they are not there for you to nibble...Snack on carrots and raisins...

only if prescribed by a physician. Too many people don't pay attn. to what's in OTC pills or don't research if they do. I just don't trust the ingredients or that you'll get the results it promises.
