I have two 10lb dumbells, i would to be well fit and toned, could someone please give me a routine with these 10 lb dumbells that i could do to work every part of my body, including reps and sets. She has tried hard but keeps failing. The conversations we have not lead to this and us yelling at each other. I usually end up calling her pathetic or some word of the sort. I feel so bad about this every time but I don't say sorry because this is the only thing that I can think of to help her. My daughter is a lovely, intelligent individual, but is teased at her high school by her peers. She comes home and cries and asks me "Mom, why do they tease me? I haven't done anything to them!"

I don't know how to answer her, nor do I really know how to comfort her, other than to try to reassure her that she is loved and just as normal as everyone else.

I feel that this will ultimately lower her self-worth and truly affect her badly as an adult. I actually think it already has.

Does anyone have any suggestions or insight or experience in this? What worked for you?
