There are free tournaments (called freerolls) at Spin Palace Poker and the other poker rooms in the Prima Poker network where you can win real money.

Royal Vegas Poker had a $10 free chip, but that offer has expired. I am not aware of any current freebies other than freeroll tournaments.
The only Party Poker offers I am aware of are a few bonus codes:
25BUCKS4U gets a $25 bonus with your first real money deposit.
100SMACKS gets a 20% bonus of up to $100 free with your first real money deposit.

There aren't any $50 no deposit bonuses from party poker. If you have a friend that has an account, they can transfer you money. Or you can use the code: 100PPFREE and get up to $100 free, but a deposit is required. Also 25PPFREE gives you $25 free. You will have to play a couple ranked hands before the bonus is released.

There certainly are places that offer $50 no deposit bonuses at Party Poker. Some affiliates choose to share the revenue they receive for signing up a player with the player. You must have never deposited before (you can be an existing play money player, but not real money).
One site is http://party.onlinebonuscash.com. Follow the instructions, choose OBCINSTANT as your code. Once you are signed up and fully validated, email support from the email address you registered under and let them know you want to sign up as a no-deposit player.

I don't believe in playing for real money. Goto worldpokersite.com and play for fun and win something. I developed the WorldPokerSite.com and know how to cheat online poker. I try to develop things that reduces people from cheating.
It's too risky playing on websites that do not have software to protect you.
