I rent a house and they air unit just got replaced but it is still 79 degrees in here and thats hot! We have a new baby in the house and he has heat rash because of the hot. I really dislike the landlord and she takes her time to get things done. I need to know if we can withhold rent because if the air or if she doesn't get it fixed if we can end our lease early.

i dont trust my husband becos he had lot girl friends,he always look at girls when we go out.but now he dont show it.we had enough talk about it..i found somethings at home before about girls.i saw his past emails also for girls.now that he want to join college for mba fulltime.i dont trust him & i am very insecure.i said no to him & he is also firm but i cant help it.i want to but i cant support his decision becos i know he'll talk to girls,will get close to them.i told him that i'll leave him if he join college.his past has made me like that

I'm going for a job interview monday and that means that i have to take time off from my current job. Do i lie and tell them that i have like a doctor's appointment, and risk being found out if i have to keep job#1, possibly to get in trouble, or do I tell the truth about why I'm taking time off?

by the way, job#1 is in sales/telemarketing and I hate it...job #2 is working with mentally challenged kids....
