In life always we have some small wishes. like I must pass in the driving test, my child would come first, I will get the nice gift I want to give to some one, today there should not be any traffic jam so that I will recah in time in the airport. And I pary . wish , but it seems never my wishs get fulfilled. Do you have that kind of experiences?

Could I keep a pig in the city?

My girlfriend wants us to get a pot belly pig. We do have a garden but live in a city, so there's not loads of space.

Is this possible? Is it a good idea?

I have heard they are as loyal as dogs and do make good pets.

Environmental friendly ways to pack lunch?

Does anybody know any environmentally friendly ways to pack lunch for school? Currently, I'm using a large plastic bag which I use everyday (a lunch bag that takes up less space in my backpack) and two plastic bags containing pretzels and a sandwich which I dispose of everyday. Any suggestions?

Is it safe to join two 30 amp clothes dryer ELECTRICAL CORDS together for some extra reach?

I am no expert so I need to make sure my house isn't going to burn down.

My dryer is in the garage and if I put it where it was supposed to go my car would have to be be in the driveway. So to extend the reach of the 6 foot standard (10AWGx4) cord I bought two and joined them like this:

I cut the plug end off of one of the six foot cords and cut off the round connectors on the other. Stripped them both and connected them together using a heavy duty ("safe" w/ some goo inside) wire nut connector. I then wrapped each in heavy electrical tape and then wraped the bunch together using electrical tape.

Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

Am i being superficial?

Hello

Growing up i had a very close friend called Christopher. We were great mates but at 15 he left for overseas. After a few years i dropped round his parents house to see if they had heard from him and what hes up to. A girl answered the door who looked just like him. Turns out he had a twin sister Christina. I never even knew he had a sister!! He and his parents had never spoke of her. I couldnt believe he had never mentioned her before. Anyway we got chatting and got on so well. We started seeing eachother and have now been together for about 9 months. She loves football and going drinking with my mates and doing really blokey things. Shes great, shes the perfect girl. She is the complete female version of my mate. However theres one thing that bothers me. Shes OK looking but her adams apple really turns me off. It ruins her looks. It really sticks out a long way. Am i being superficial for thinking this? Should i say something to her?
