what do u do when you have people looking out for u but wont listen to u. i mean doctors &lawyers. these are people i pay//

As you rightly say you pay these people for professional opinions and assistance in their expert fields. Their job is to give you legal and honest professional advice even if it sometimes means disagreeing with you. You must also tell them the whole truth.
There is always an association which they belong to that regulate their operations and if you are not satisfied you can always contact such associations and report them

I think they should listen to you, because their work begin from what you say. For example , how doctors diagnosis , if they don't listen to the patient?
But if you're not satisfied with the service they render to you, you're free to choose some one else.

if you're not happy with the service you are paying for, go to someone else!
Its because you complain but do nothing and continue to seek the services of such people that encourages them to continue being non-service oriented.
