There is this 52 year old woman that we call 'Crazy Terry' who walks around our small town in summer in a bathing suit all the time and picks cans out of the garbage. In a day I feel like talking to my man often cause we dont see each other everyday and I am not sure how often lovers should see each other when they are both in employment. Is my feel wrong that I whenever I feel I miss him then I should call him and talk to him on the phone? I dont want to end up irritating him though he appreciates each call I make and also wants to us to stay longer on the line. I hope he does not pretend.

I have quite severe IBS and this causes agrophobia, anxiety and panic attacks. I have tried altering my diet and using medication but none of them have much effect. This condition is ruining my life and making me very depressed.
I would like to try acupuncture but am abit scared and nervous. Does anyone know if acupuncture is an effective treatment for IBS and is it worth taking the chance?
