I am planning a weekend trip to Philadelphia but I have never been. We want to eat, drink and stay in a nice safe area. Any recommendations? Also would like to be fairly close to historic sights.

Particularly Saturday October 26th. None of the bars have their websites updated....they all stop in Septmeber. Anyone know of anything fun? Especially for a bachelorette party?

Do you think these place be interesting to see or I should just spend another day in NY. I'm going to NY for 2 full days. I will for sure spend one day in NY will you suggest I suggest another day in NY or Philadelphia City

I and my friends are coming to Philadelphia during Columbus Day Weekend. I have been several times, others have never been to your fine city.

I need a list of unique things do do in Philadelphia, apart from the typical stuff like Art Museums, Liberty Bell, Bars/Clubs, Cheesesteaks, that we will do anyway. I need something very amazing and enjoyable...something unusual.

I work through a company that teaches mentally challanged students at a local HS. Now this person im inquiring about has a terrible mother that is using his money that he gets from his father and through a previous lawsuit. she does not bathe him enough, comes in smelly and unkempt and all around not in the best health state. now the thing is he is over 21 child welfare will not help, so im asking on here is there a service in PA that will help someone that is a severe MR adult other then MHMR which really doesnt do anything then send you a nurse, and to me thats a bandaid over a deep cut . Now He has a personal care aid this year which just started, but since the nurse is being paid by the company Im working for. Ive also been told by mom after this school year that service is gone, so im guessing things will go back to normal with the neglect. so is there anything I can do.......one year of clean does not make up for the past if someone could help I would greatly appreiate it.

anyway, "police found more than 200 unidentified pills" in his truck along with "a rolled-up $10 bill with white residue"... ummm this isn't rocket science people.

ok ppl nj is not a bad state yes it is nast and lost of polution, BUT thats north jersey. i live in south jersey and its nothing like that. all the sh
*t you see on tv is in north jersy. and nj shore is really nice(not as nice as the outer banks nc) but still i would really wish ppl would stop cracking on my state. im sure were you live isnt all that's cracked up to be. were you live has it faults too. most ppl cant even aford to live here. it so exspencive. and the houses are huge!! anyway i just wanted to vent. thanks!!!

I travelled to Philadephia recently, and noticed that it was nearly impossible to find alcohol. What's up with that? I had to drive over to NJ to find a liquor store. I'm from Toronto, Canada and I'm used to having beer stores and liquor stores everywhere.
