I'm looking to go to a nice hotel/resort, with really nice rooms and a really nice pool. I'm pretty flexible, but it has to be in Florida. I prefer something modern and clean. We just want a place to RELAX. It doesnt need to be near a major attraction.

I have a choice of three? How long does it take to go to each park? Which are the best rides at each park?

For the past two summers my boyfriend and I have gone to Walt Disney World in August (8/14/05-8/22/05 and 8/1/06-8/11/01.) We go at this time because it's just more convenient for us. We're still young and in school. I'm well aware it's going to be extremely hot as always, and the parks are going to be crowded, and I don't mind. I just want to know which time would be better. We'd either go in mid-July or at the beginning of August (I've checked the prices at the website and they're the same.) I kind of think July may be a better choice because the Water Parks will have Extra Magic Hours and be open later. When I was planning my trip for this past summer I noticed that the Water Parks begin closing around 6:00 or 7:00 everyday during the first week of August, but in July they'd sometimes stay open until 10:00, or so. Any other reasons as to why I should go during one month rather than the other?

From Durban (South Africa) I visited my friend in Brooklyn (New York) and I have had a good time both in professional and bitchy ways. I have seen everything I wanted to see (the Liberty statue, yeah!). Now I'm going to Florida, Orlando to be exact, to spend 4 days before I fly back to South Africa. What are the must-see in Florida?

I will be going to Disney World at the beginning of December and was wondering what the best way was to make a room request. I understand that this is at Disney's discretion so I was hoping those with room request success stories can share their secrets. Thanks.

I want to do my child's room with characters from Disney, and I want to purchase like life size.....well I don't know if they would be called "Life Size" But at least 4 feet tall or so of Disney characters. Anybody know who or where I can contact to buy them? My child loves "Peter Pan" he loves when they are flying so I wanted to see if I can buy figurines of the size that they have in the Peter Pan ride at Walt Disney, that is a great size...big but not too big. Thank you! Any sites or numbers would be helpful. Thanks!!

So, I have no problem getting in pics with the characters that are 'fuzzy' and in suits, but I have never gotten in a pic with a face character because I'm the shy girl, and I wouldn't know what to say to them, and I feel too old.
But, I really want a pic with peter pan and perhaps a few princesses.
Any adults ever go to Ariel's grotto to get a pic with ariel?
