I have a choice of three? How long does it take to go to each park? Which are the best rides at each park?

As the first person stated, you actually have the choise of four parks- Disney's Animal Kingdom Park, Disney-MGM Studios, EPCOT, and the Magic Kingdom. It's really hard to pick a best because each of them are different and offer a different selection of attractions. I'd choose either EPCOT or the Magic Kingdom. EPCOT has a lot of great rides and the World Showcase is incredible. There's also a lot of fabulous restaurants. Another cool thing about EPCOT, there's an aquarium. I love taking the Seas Aqua Tour there, you can go scuba diving with the sharks and stingrays and other fish. At the Magic Kingdom there's a lot of great rides and shows. I love the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular fireworks show. It takes about a whole day to complete either of these two parks, and possibly longer if there's a lot of crowds. Disney's Animal Kingdom Park and Disney-MGM Studios only takes about one afternoon each.

Now, the best and most popular rides at each park are as follows...

Disney's Animal Kingdom Park:

DINOSAUR
Expedition Everest
Kali River Rapids
Kilimajaro Safaris
Primeval Whirl

Disney-MGM Studios:

The Great Movie Ride
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror

EPCOT:

Mission: SPACE
Soarin'
Spaceship Earth
Test Track

Magic Kingdom:

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
The Haunted Mansion
Pirates of the Caribbean
Space Mountain
Splash Mountain

Have a great time at Walt Disney World!

You've definitely got a packed question! Your choices depend greatly on what time of year you are going, if you've ever been to Disneyland in CA before, and how old you are. If you'll be traveling anywhere near a Holiday, skip Magic Kingdom as it will be the most crowded. If you are not traveling during a holiday and if you've never been to Disneyland, then visit Magic Kingdom. My favorites are EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, and Magic Kingdom. Disney- MGM is a lot of fun and has two terriric rides (Tower of Terror and Rock n' Roller Coaster), but it can be seen in less than half a day.
Visit www.disneyworld.com and click on "parks." Disney lists the top "must-see" attractions. Mine always fall in line with what they list.

Now... about time. EPCOT requires a full day... and sometimes two to see and do everything. Disney-MGM can be seen in half a day, and the other two require 1 full day each.

Yes that's a hard question to answer, not knowing your preferences or ages of travelers.

Me, personally, I'd pick the Magic Kingdom first, because, well, it's the Magic Kingdom. Where else can you get a hug from Mickey Mouse?
We liked Space Mountain alot, but probably our favorite ride of all was the Haunted Mansion.

I allowed two days for us to visit the Magic Kingdom. It could probably be done in one day, if you stay all day. We didn't want to have to hurry up and do everything.

My next choice would be the MGM park, because they have...or had, when we were there....just more rides and shows we enjoyed better.
We might have done another day at MGM, but didn't have any extra days after spending two at the MK.

Next I guess would be Epcot, for no other reason than the Test-Track ride. That was really cool.
I got terribly sick on the Mission to Mars ride. I'll never ride that again as long as I live.
We wouldn't've spent more than one day there.

We didn't even stay the entire day at Animal Kingdom. It was before the Mount Everest was ready, so it might be a good ride, but at the time we went, there was alot of walking, little to see and do, and we just didn't enjoy it.
But that was just us...I've heard alot of people say it's their favorite park and they'd go back again and again.

That is a very difficult question, with no specific answer. As others have mentioned there are actually FOUR parks at Disney World, along with 2 water parks, golf courses, Downtown Disney, a sports complex....There is a LOT to do & see in Disney World.

My personal experience....I have never been to the water parks- that's just not my thing. So I will not recommend you do or do not go to one. If you like that stuff, definitely check one out (at least)
When we go, we usually do one park per day. The parks are pretty big so make sure you wear comfortable shoes!
Each park has some terrific rides, each has some great shows. It is really a matter of your own personal tastes.

I would suggest you go to a local bookstore as soon as you can, and purchase a guidebook to Disney World. (I like PassPorter's guide to Walt Disney World- they give really good descriptions of the rides, shows, and even the restaurants. plus some pretty good tips!)

Then, you can get a "feel" for what each park has to offer, and choose which one suits your personal tastes.

Good luck, have a great trip!

Try the park hopper pass. You get all 4 parks. We have done all 4 parks in one day. Make sure that Epcot is last since-it closes the latest. Go to animal kingdom in the morning since the animals are awake and moving around so you get a chance to see them. Then MGM-make sure you ride the rockin rollercoaster. MGM closes a little early. Then hit the rides at magic kingdom. But if I was you I would go to Busch Gardens Tampa, FL. It has animals, rides, shows, games. Everything disney has but rolled into one park.

It depends an aweful lot on your personal preferences and who you are travelling with.

There are 4 parks at Disney World

Magic Kingdom - A must if you have small children with you. Adults who like rides will enjoy Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain and Splash Mountain
Epcot - More adult (although everywhere Disney caters for kids). Rides Test Track, Mission space and Soarin
MGM - Tower of Terror and Rocking Roller Coaster
Animal Kingdom - New Rids Everest which I have not been on.

Well, it depends on what age group you are bringing to Disney. IF you are bringing an older group I suggest Epcot because it is more of thrill rides and Epcot has more of an educational purpose than the other parks. IF you have younger ones i suggest Magic Kingdom because it has more rides for the younger ones.
