From Durban (South Africa) I visited my friend in Brooklyn (New York) and I have had a good time both in professional and bitchy ways. I have seen everything I wanted to see (the Liberty statue, yeah!). Now I'm going to Florida, Orlando to be exact, to spend 4 days before I fly back to South Africa. What are the must-see in Florida?

If you like thrill rides then you need to go to Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios. The Disney parks are great also, but not many "thrill rides" You can spend all 4 days in theme parks Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom. But when I get friends or family here for a visit I always take them on Air Boat rides, they are fun and you can see the wildlife of Florida. And you can take a day to see Kennedy Space Center, its about an hour from Orlando and if you are into seeing the Space Shuttle and the history of the space shots that's a cant miss thing. You really have to see Disney World. There is no place else like it. If you want to see all four parks, you could spend one day at each park or purchase tickets with a park hopper option which will allow you to visit more than one park per day.

The best places in Orlando to go for tourist is going to be International Drive (I-Dr), Disney of course there's actually alot of things to do here.

Your first answer is probably going to be your best answer. Orlando is for tourists. I live in NW Fl., and I hate Orlando.
