How much does it cost to visit London?

We are going on vacation from the U.S. to London this summer. We will staying in a hotel somewhere in the city for 5 days, so it's safe to assume we will be dining out for most, if not all, meals. About how much money can we expect to spend for all 5 of us, 2 adults, 3 children. We don't have expensive tastes, so we don't plan on eating at any upscale restaurants. Also do they have fast food chains there, eg. McDonald's? If we take a bus/taxi somewhere, will we have to lug around our 2 year old's carseat? Any tips on vacationing in London would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi guys, I popped up home to Scotland about 4 years ago and visited all over. When i VISITED lOCH lOMOND i NOTICED THAT THERE WAS A DIFFERENT STEAMER, WHERE HAS THE MAID OF THE LOCH GONE TO? hOW THE HELL DID IT GET IN OR OUT OF THE LOCH? IF IT HAS GONE, IT'S GOT ME PUZZLED. Who has Spina Bifida and lives in London England? SERIOUS people only PLEASE!?

I have Spina Bifida and live in the U.S.A., my boyfriend lives in London and I would like to move there to be with him. He doesn't have Spina Bifida so he can't really tell me what I can do medically to live there comfortably.

I would like to know who can tell me about medical supplies and how to get them delivered to his home when I move in, and what is the best hospital to go to in London for Spina Bifida patients. I am also looking for friends who could help me and who can relate to my situation. Also, can you explain how NHS works?
