I just booked my vacation using the internet for the first time . now I'm hearing horror stories about travelocity.Is it really that bad? should I be worried?Are they gonna scr#@% me big time?

I have a suitcase I need to use on a trip somewhere, but I can't find the key to the padlock which is keeping it closed. Is there any way to get it open without the key, excluding any violent solution (trying to hammer it would probably just break the zipper)?

Immediate help on this would be appreciated. I'm leaving very soon!
