I guess the most exotic country would be Virgin Gourda of the British Virgin Islands. I'm more into Europe than "exotic."

Turkey. It is chockful of palaces and ottoman's summer homes, breathtaking gardens, remote beaches, archeological points of interest, St John's journey can be taken, as well as visiting the Basilica of St John and Mary, the mother of Jesus' home when she was older, Ephesus, Izmir, Ankara, Istanbul, all very exotic and erotic places too such as belly dancing clubs and bath houses. It is where east meets west. The best experience yet!

Central and Eastern Mexico. The jungles around Campeche and Tabasco. I had never seen orchids growing on trees. We camped in a national park where there were minature deer. Lots of bugs but a delightful experience.

Morocco. I went to Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt but it was basically just flat land dotted with hotels, whereas Tangiers was a "real" city that was different than any other place I had visited.
