Just wondering cuz me and my good friend will be going to the beach this Summer but I wanna go to one with White sand. Soo hope you guys can help me out thanks a bunch!

Laguna Beach is a good bet. Cool place to hang out and nice white sand beaches.

If you stay at the Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel,
then maybe there will be no Tar and Litter on the Beach because the Hotel should take care of it. It is true that the Public Beaches are a disgrace - I guess the State has no money to take care of the Beeches.

All the beaches in California have white sand.

I live in Cali and have yet to see a beach with white sand. Go Caribbean or Hawaii. ;)

not only do cal. beaches not have white sand, if its hot weather carry a popsicle stick with you to help scrape the tar off your feet when you leave.
