After all the research I have done, believe the Osa region is where we want to visit. We want to experience the rainforest and also the beaches. Can anyone tell me where best romantic place to stay ?Also what is the best way to travel in country,ie rent car,bus ect.? Thank you for your suggestions.

I'm intersted in getting a beach house along the caribbean coast (mexico, or central america). I want it on a beach with the fantastic caribbean white sand (like cancun), quaint, but access to grocery stores, etc.

I speak fluent spanish as well.

I like the idea of Nicaragua. Anywhere Else I should be considering outside of this area???

My family and I are travelling to Colombia South America to visit my wife's family. I know there is a departure tax per person to leave the country after visiting. Just curious, how much is it per person. If you can't find it for me then I can ask when I enter Colombia. Thank you very much
