Just the two legged kind..

You have Costa Rica then Panama to go thru.
That is about 600 miles. The Inter American Hiway goes thru both, but in Costa Rica, you had better watch of lots of holes in the road.. Panama roads are pretty good.
I live in Costa Rica.

No, there isn't a ferry, but there are apparently cruise boats between Quebec and Kingston. Try St Lawrence Cruise Lines website. Be ready for sticker shock, it's not cheap. I couldn't find any, but it's possible that there might be freighters which will take passengers from the Great Lakes since many ocean going vessels travel through the Lakes, and there are freighters that take passengers on transatlantic routes. I'd put the question into the hands of a travel agent.

There might be a ferry...

There is a small island off the coast of Nicaragua called Isla San Andres which is Colombian territory, and a bone of contention between the two nations.

Otherwise, you'd have to arrange your own travel and that will cost you...
