Why you don't ask the Embassy.

I doubt it. The border is pretty porous there. I've been to Cucuta and you can just drive a few minutes down the road into Venezuela.

Actually, I just confirmed with my dad (who is Colombian):
If you are a Colombian citizen and fly into Venezuela and can show that you have a return ticket to Colombia, you DO NOT need a visa.

If you drive, you can drive up to a certain point in Venezuela without a visa. Not sure how far, maybe as far a Maracaibo. I have a cousin who lives in Cucuta and he drives in and out of Venezuela all the time without a visa. In border cities such as this, you will see Colombians driving vehicles they have registered in Venezuela, with Venezuelan license plates.

Yes.

Colombian citiziens are required to get a venezuelan visa to enter or visit Venezuela, for no matter how long.
