I am a university student traveling on a budget. I'd like to go to as many places as possible in Europe (I'm living in London right now).
The first option for me is to travel with a tour company in Christmas break to Eastern Europe which will cost me £800, and I get nice accomodations. Then I'll go to Western Europe by train by myself in spring break. (That's because I feel safer going to W.Europe than E. Europe by myself)
The 2nd option is to travel by myself for both Eastern and Western Europe. However I'm a girl and I've heard bad stories about girls shouldnt go to some countries alone.
And then the 3rd option is to travel by myself in spring break and go on a tour in summer. The tour will cost £400 which is very cheap, but it's gonna be camping instead of hoteling for the accomodation. Right now this is my favorite option but I just want to know how camping in Europe generally is and if there will be bugs and stuff like that in June-July.
Thanks for reading all this!!

I am thinking perhaps Moscow, St Petersburg, Khabarovsk, Sakhalin Islands, and Vladivostok. I want something with an Eastern feel to it since I know Japanese but I also don't want to visit a very boring area, I want to go to a very lively city with a high youth population.

I like eating local food, buying soevenires, getting new food, going to bars, checking out the local music scene, how much should I need??? I'm not crazy, but I do like to have fun.

One of my family members is trying to find their relatives in Turkey, who have the surname Zerzavatci, but is finding it nearly impossible. I was wondering if the name Zerzavatci is extremly uncommon, especially in the UK? Have you ever known anybody with that name?

I've asked this question before, but in a different category. I've just noticed that there is a category for Turkey, so I decided to ask the question again, and put it this section, in the hope that it will be seen by someone either from Turkey or someone who is interested in the country, and knows a bit about it...!
