In the Netherlands they use the euro


1 US Dollar = 0.79777 Euro
1 Euro (EUR) = 1.25349 US Dollar (USD)

The Netherlands is hardly a third world country. Generally the people speak better English than most people in the U.S, but they want paid in Euros.

They use the Euro in Netherlands. One US dollar is about 0.80 Euros. If multiplying by 0.8 is hard for you, try dividing the amount you have by five and subtract it from the original amount. For example, if you want to convert $27, then either you do 27 x 0.80 = 21.60 euros, or you do 27 / 5 = 5.40 then subtract 27 - 5.40 = 21.60 euros.

If you still have some Guldens under your mattress ....you can no longer use them ...isn't that sad >
