Well this is my first time on a cruise and we need some help figuring out how to do it. First off here is some information. There are two groups of 4 person families for a total of 8 people. Two of them are in their teens, the other two are about 8 and ten, and the rest of us are parents. Now we were planning on going to the Carrabean sometime in the first half of next year.

My questions are this:

What cruise line is reccomended for the age groups given?
How is a good way to split up these people into rooms?
When is a good time during the year?

I want to take a short 3-4 night cruise from Southern CA down to Baja CA. I am traveling alone. I'm not seeking any romantic sort of encounters, so I don't really want a specifically "singles" cruise. I do want a cruiseline that has activities where I can enteract with other passengers, so I don't have to spend all my time alone.

i am going on a cruise in january to jamaica (i have never been there before).
i will only be in Ocho Rios (i don't know if i spelled that right) for about 5 hours.
does anyone have suggestions on what is fun to see and do there?
also, what is the terrain like? is it very steep hills or is it flat land? (i'm a florida flat-lander and am terrified of driving steep hills!

I'm going to be traveling on the Celebrity cruise line's Century. has anyone been on that ship before? is there plenty of things to do on the boat? we have almost 3 whole days at sea and i don't want to be as bored on the sea days as i was on my last cruise (carnival's fantasy).

I took my first Disney Cruise aboard the Wonder in November with my 6 yr old. We had such a great time; we would like to take another cruise. Disney is realatively expensive in comparison to other cruise line. In fact at 7 night Carnival cruise for the same cat. cabin and deck is about $1,000.00 cheaper than Disney. Is Carnival worth a try? I'd really appreciate your experiences. Thanks
