get half pint or pint bottles and pack it in you luggage, do not try to carry it on. wrap it in a T-shirt and put it in a zip baggie and mix it with toiletries.

You are allowed to take on wine but not hard liquor if it is a special occasion. We just said it was a birthday. Onboard a celebrity cruise we bought wine in a french port and had to argue with security, again they let it go because it was only wine.

In a 'Scope" bottle, of coarse you hope they dont open and smell. We got by fine with it.
They will allow you to bring on a 6 pack of soda per person.

You can't. They make you walk through a security thing just like the airports and all bags must go through the x-ray machine. Once they go through they see it and tag it.

Yeah, I like Tinkertoy's idea...try that. Otherwise, they'll just take it and hold it for you until the cruise ends.
