I have no idea what to pack, what reservations to make ahead of time, what dinning time to choose, what weather to expect.... Please help me; I have only 4 days to get ready after my China business trip.

Ok pack enough cloths for ten days unless the ship has a laundry. Pick a dinner time that you would like. If you plan to spend all the port days in the port you may want to consider the later dinner so you never have to leave a port early just to get to dinner. Weather is great, but bring a light jacket with a hood just in case. Nothing really needs to be reserved in advance unless there is a shore excursion that you really really want. Book it in advance cause it might be sold out by the time you get onboard.

I was in Cozumel in December a few years ago. Around there, expect it to be warm in the sun, but I found that when the sun went behind the clouds, it was a tiny bit too cold to sit in just my bathing suit. I threw a t-shirt on and I was fine. This was because it was windy, which also made the water a bit choppy so you had to be careful when snorkeling (water more likely to get in the top of the snorkel). We asked someone if it was normal weather for that time of year and they said yes.

That being said, if you go inland, it will be hot - bring shorts and t-shirts. Maybe a light jacket for night. The pacific coast might be cooler because it does not benefit from the Gulf Stream.

Mexico has nice weather in December, but be prepared for a change in weather, some Decembers in Cabo have been like summer in So. Cal. and others have been chilly at times. Bring a jacket, you will need it at night and it also depends on the cruise line as to how dressy it is for dinner; I would choose the late seating so as not to be rushed.
Not sure what reservations that you are referring to here; if it is activities while in port, I would go for para sailing, snorkeling and shopping if you are inclined.
