I may be flying from the West Coast USA to Australia soon. Can anyone tell me if there is a "busy" or "tourist" season for travel to Perth? I'm trying to figure out if there is a better time to go in order to keep plane ticket prices low.

And do you have suggestions for airlines?

Thanks.

Just want to know what the general view of Irish people living there is. I know there are many Irish young people living there on a working holiday visa. Have they given themselves a bad or good reputation?! I am going to australia on a WHV and want to know what the general view of us is!!

Or will I need a voltage adapter? Here in Zhongguo we have the two vertical flat blades and the three-prong, two angled type plugs.

they are 2 lots of 2.
The seats are Aisle 19 A, row/seat Q 161 and 162

Can someone please tell me which of the 2 lots will be closer to the stage and/or have a better view, or show me a CLEAR plan of the floor for newcastle entertainment centre.

How are the people, how is the food, what is the shopping like? Im studying abroad there for 6 months. I have no idea what to expect except for the accent. Is there a wal-mart? Are there malls? How is the night life? Are there a lot of black people? Are people accepting of black people? What types of things do you do for fun? Is it expensive? Anything you can think of that I might need to know since I have never been, and will be there for six months.

I'll be there for about a year with my brother. We're trying to decide whether it's worth it to buy a cheap car to travel and sell it when we leave, or take buses/planes/trains, etc instead. We'll more than likely be staying at hostels and not staying in one place longer than a month. We want to see as much of Australia as we can for as cheap as we can. Anyone who has been backpacking and has advice, please help!

I will be returning to live in Australia in the new year, and will be looking to kit out my new pad. I have worked out that it will be cheaper to buy furniture in Australia, however I am now wondering about electrical goods and whether or not it would be cheaper to have them shipped from the US. That is considering they are generally alot cheaper over here???
