I want to visit Australia. The Great Barrier Reef and Sydney seems much more attractive. You think 1 week is enough time? If you were the director of the local tourism board, please tell me why an international visitor should choose Uluru as their vacation spot?

We are visiting the South Island of NZ for ten days, driving from Christchurch to Dundedin to Te Anau to Milford Sound to Queenstown to Haast to Greymouth to Kaikoura and back to Christchurch. What things should we see in those places and along the way? Thanks!

Can I emirgrate to Oz if the father of my child does not want me too..........He does not contribute to his up bringing and see's him sporadically..........I have offered to pay for 4 flights a year to come out and see him in Oz or for me to bring him to England in his school holidays... All the flight money would be put in his bank account

When I was in Australia a couple of years ago I was told to eat at RSL clubs. When I eventually found one in Cairns I could not get over how good the quality and value of the food was.
Can anyone suggest a site where a list of RSL clubs are within Australia?

Hi there. I am a sophmore going to a college in the U.S (Ohio). I still dont know what I am majoring in or have any idea of what I want to become but I do want to experience the world, i guess you could say. Why didnt Silverchair become huge in the States? Is it because of Daniels (lead singer) health issues and goinginto isolation? I just cant get enough of there music and they make me want to move to Aus...speaking of, any Aussies reading this? I was wondering how Silverchair has effected Aus., Do they have small shows there? Do you ever just see them around? Also what is Aus. culture like? I have a friend from there and I think she is great but I dont know much about the culture.
