If your flying directly its roughly 21 hours (non-stop) - I think.
But usually you'll have to make a stop somewhere to refuel/take on more passengers or make a transfer, so you can add on a few more hours (24-26 hours in total) depending on the length of your stop.
Interesting tho - its roughly about the same amount of time no matter which direction you head (via Asia or America). Its almost directly on the other side of the globe to the UK/France.

Either go London -> L.A. -> Auckland or
London -> Singapore -> Auckland
I have done both and I recommend going through Los Angeles because it is easier to adjust to because the L.A. -> Auckland flights is over night
Both are around 24 hours of flying to including ground time in between flights
