Does anyone have any idea of how expensive clothes are in New Zealand? Do they have cheaper clothing stores eg Primark and if so how much would cheap underwear cost? [Asking as am going travelling there soon and want to know if its cheaper to buy some stuff here and take it or buy it when I'm there]

I am an Aus citizen and want to sponsor Canadian fiance for holiday only. He has four minor criminal convictions (theft under) in Canada and did 80 days in US for marijuana smuggling. What are our chances and will US conviction come up if he applies from Canada?

Is it all Americans or just some? Why? Do you or would you have American friends? Have you really taken the time to get to know one?

I'm American, I now live in Australia and I regard the people here as some of the best I have ever met in my life.

As with everywhere there will be ignorant and arrogant people, trust me I have met a few here in Aus. too. But I am wondering why us (yanks) get all thrown into one lump.

Guess I am just trying to understand where all the dislike stems from!

Thanks!

Should I Start in Brisbane, Melbourne any advice for a scared 18 year old that wants to see some of the world would be great
