Apart from the light show & the view from the hill on Hong Kong Island what is there to do in Hong Kong? What is the best way to get to and from the new international airport & how long is the trip. What are the main tourist attractions and the less famous places which the average traveller would not know about?

I'm staying at the L' Hotel Causeway Bay Harbour View. I haven't been to China before. Is it true that they give "happy endings?" I was just wondering what should I do there?

I would like to lose some weight, I swim, run and play badminton every week as forms of exercise but would like to eat more healthily. I have joined Weight Watchers using a points system for food I eat but as I am Chinese, I find it hard to know the points of certain Chinese food I eat at home and it would be ideal if I there was a Chinese points system. Any ideas if not?
