I would like to lose some weight, I swim, run and play badminton every week as forms of exercise but would like to eat more healthily. I have joined Weight Watchers using a points system for food I eat but as I am Chinese, I find it hard to know the points of certain Chinese food I eat at home and it would be ideal if I there was a Chinese points system. Any ideas if not?

The best answer I can find is on the site below: 'Eat like you're truly in China and you should have no problem staying within your POINTS Target: Load up on vegetables, accompany them with a small portion of steamed rice and top it off with a few ounces of lean protein. Your best bets are stir-fried or steamed dishes with the sauce on the side. Use a dash of soy sauce or a few spoonfuls of black bean or garlic sauce for flavour. Smart picks include chicken or shrimp with broccoli, scallops with string beans and mixed vegetables with sautéed – not fried – tofu.' Other tips on site - link below.

No need for weight watcher. Just eat healthy and keep away from the junk food.
