As an experienced skier I feel daft asking this but I'm going skiing on the glacier in Tignes next week and I'm not sure what temperature/conditions to expect. I presume that as with Winter Skiing, conditions can change but what are the range of temperatures I can expect? Should I expect to wear full ski gear most of the time and sometimes tie my jacket round my waist - or should I expect to see most people in t-shirts ? Thanks

a) Aspen Extreme
b) Ski Patrol
c) Ski School
d) Other that I may have missed.

Include your favorite scene if you like. For instance, Ski Patrol isn't my favorite, but I have to say the impromptu 69'er with the Jap tourists on the spot was pretty funny!

Im looking for a pair of victrinox swiss army glacier glasses that were advertised in the marlboro miles catalog some time ago. My husbands eyes are very sensitive and they were great for him. Our home burned down with them inside. Any help would be great. If someone has a pair please contact me.
THanks
Eileen

I just bought a new pair of Atomic Tweak 163 skis! Now i have to buy bindings. Anyone have any recomendations? I am mostly a freestyle skier so i need a binding that will be stable when i'm landing jumps. I have heard that most freestyle skiers do not want a lifter plate on their bindings.I was thinking of getting Atomic Neox 412 bindings but they have a lifter plate. Would they be a good match with my skis and skiing style? Also, what brake widths would be best ? The dimensions of my skis are 106/78/100. Thanks in advance! :)

Ok when someone says they Ski what do you think they are saying they Ski in the snow or Ski in the water? I mean if it were coming up in a converstaion like I like to rock climb, play basketball, Ski, Box. What would you say they were using Ski as skiing on the snow or water?
