We must convince reasonable people...gun owners and non-gun owners alike....that a loss of rights to any among us is a loss for all. "Gun control" is a corrosive affront to civil rights.

I get so tired of these anti's talking about "hunters" killing for sport.
I do not know one person I would call a "hunter" that hunts just for sport. Don't get me wrong I love to hunt, but I eat what I kill.
My family and I live on what I kill hunting.

I want to buy an airsoft P90, but all I want is the gun and the carrying strap. It's for a costume; I'm not planning on shooting anything. But everyone who sells the airsoft P90 is selling it with ammo and other stuff. How can I get just the gun?

(I'm really just trying to save money...if anyone sells the P90 for cheap with the ammo, I'll buy it--maybe sell the ammo on eBay--but I'd rather not have to deal with that.)

5 days ago I got a deer. It's been dressed, skinned, and quartered. The meat has been hanging for 5 days at 33 degrees. There is some loose hair on the muscle, and the outside surfaces of all the quarters are hard and leathery. I have several summer sausage kits from Cabela's.

Do I put all this in the grinder or do I sort of shave off the leathery hairy portions of the meat first?

A woman shot and killed a rifle-toting teenager who burst into her home late Friday night in Zion, police said.
The intruder was identified as Gerrell N. Davis, 16, of Zion, Police Chief Doug Malcolm said Saturday. Clad in a black ski mask and gloves, Davis forced open the back door of a home in the 1700 block of Jethro Avenue, Malcolm said. This was shortly after the couple in the house heard a knock at the front door and asked who was there but didn't open the door.
The 55-year-old wife heard the doorjamb shatter, grabbed a 9 mm handgun from her bedroom and ran to the kitchen, Malcolm said.
She fired twice and both rounds struck Davis, who was found by police on the kitchen floor still wearing the mask, Malcolm said.
"It's a terrible situation when it involves kids like this, but these were two middle-aged people sitting in their house and someone came in with a loaded rifle," Malcolm said.
Good riddance to bad rubbish.

I I am pro hunting. Lets clear that up now. I am not writing to argue with the people who are not. I just want to share my feelings. Before i met my partner i was anti hunting. I didnt believe that it was necessary to have to hunt these fox's. i thought there could be another way around it. I met my partner, around the time which was so pivotal in the fight against the ban. I told him that although i didnt agree, i would go and experiance it for myself so that i could make an informed opinion. i realize now that it is the best way to control the fox population, which needs controlling. It is an age old tradition, which kings and paupers have both enjoyed. My boyfriend is a whip at one of the hunts and so i am involved personally on a daily basis. The people that are referred to as Toffs are some of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. I dont want to convert people by writing this. i just want you to be knowledgable and look at both sides of the arguement before deciding.

Where I live we have never had a problem with coyotes, and right now they are becoming a big problem to the native game around.I don't know much about hunting coyotes. I have a semi-auto .22, 12g, and a 30-30 lever action. The 12g and the 30-30 doesn't give me hardly any range so I'd rather not use them. what I need to know is if the .22 is strong enough to take care of a large coyote. Because i pumped dogs full of lead (they were vital hits) and never kill them.If i do use the .22 what grain bullet do I need? Would a hollow piont work better. Where should I place my shot?
