how can i become a faster runner with more endurance.

i have practice for 2 hours everyday (sprinting) and then i could to the weight room for an hour or so.

I am really bad with coordination. I seriously can't even walk and drink water at the same time. I have to stop and take a drink. I'm in lacrosse, and I am honestly really terrible at it. I constantly drop the ball, miss a catch, or am just plain clumsy. So my question is this: is coordination something a person is born with, and some have it, and others don't? Or is there a way to improve my coordination? How would I go about improving at lacrosse or just coordination in general?

Okay so if i wanted to try out for cheerleading tommorow there would be one problem. The real question here is if you are a feminist and enjoy just doing routines similiar to dance and gymnastics should you still go out for it or is it totally against that?

Do you know who if anyone in the UK does Public Liabilities Insurance for Skate Boarders?
The reason being my partners child is 5 and learning to skateboard and I would like some cover in case he accidently scratches somebodies paint work on their car of if he should run an OAP over, I know somebody does it and I can not remeber who, I have asked on the APE Skate Forumand nobody knows, my mate also wants this kind of insurance for his 2 boys.

My friend says guys hate it when a girl walks around with her toned body in a sports bra and short shorts after gymnastics practice. She wants me to try it and actually pay attention to what they say. She says guys think it's degrading when we have to run two miles on the track aroung the basketball gym, me and my other friend wear our shorts and a sports bra.
Would you like for the girl you like to run above you while you play b-ball, dressed like this??
We don't mind guys checking us out, cuz we will walk somewhere and we rate every guys we see. We just want to know if our friend is right!!

Because in our school, they are.! especialy the really good ones! I'm not telling they're more popular than football, basketball or baseball, but they are really popular (in terms of sports that are not field or team related)

Girls want the varsity swimmers in our school. Yeah, we've heard of the gay and speedo thinggy.. but it's not in our school., here, swimmers are really popular.

In short, they are stars!

I just wanna know if it's the same in your school.
