Wow, all totally different really. And each, short of skimboarding requires some capital, i.e a boat or other expensive toy.
Surfing is in my opinion the best. It's difficult to master, but is an incredible balance of athleticism, grace, and determination. If you live near the waves, you can do it a lot. It's peaceful, and offers a more "spiritual" side than sports requiring mechanical intervention/assistance.
All of these are fun in their own way...

Many people have their own opinion. I like going fast and feeling that rush of riding waves, so I have to say surfing. Nothing is more of a rush when you are riding a wave for the first time.

Wake boarding all the way.... It is a rush, I love the feeling of flying over the wake. And when you become a more avid boarder you can start to attempt tricks.
