Is there a velocity adjuster on the Piranha EVO? i never seemed to find the answer in reviews and informational reports on review sites. Please answer if you own one.

Now, I think I'm physically fit and all that, but a little extra work couldn't hurt.

I'm thinking about joining my school's bowling team. Will that help burn calories? Will it help build muscle? If not, what does it help to do?

I have recently started to Cox for my universitys A10 novince rowing team. I have never doing any kind of rowing or coxing in my life, i'm 2 weeks into it and I have gotten decent at stearing and conducting pratices.

We have a race agenist another school on saturday, anyone have any good phrases I can yell to motivate my boys?

(Currently all I know are Power 10's and just being like "good job boys keep it up")

Also if during pratice if you have any funny sexual coxwain calls such as, "Give it to me Harder! Much Harder, or Really drive it in!" Could you give them to me cause I like give my boys something to laugh about during are 3 hour pratices in the cold...

i'm 14 and i started when i was 12 and just bowled with house balls and for my 13 birthday i got my own ball(14 3/4 now) and i got a 278 on holloween. is that good for 9 months? or is that normal. if it is good do you think i have futur in it?

are skating shoes nessacary for skating, cuz i seem to have trouble skating with my nike training shoes(just started skating today), and i think its cuz of the shoes, cuz it seems that my grip on the board is very strong, i dont have a comfortable feel(i have the hang of skating btw).

so, are they nessacary?
