I believe in practice but I also believe that there are a select few of people who have natural talent but that they should still practice to maintain the natural talent.

I believe it's a combination of both. Even with the natural (i.e., God-given) talent, I think the old saying 'practice makes perfect' applies.

Some people definitey have God given talent.
It's hard to argue that an 18 year old Lebron James worked that much harder than all of the other 18 year olds (or people 8-12 years older than he is) to be that good of a basketball player at his age.
Some people have skills they are born with, like being naturally smart, artistic, athletic.
It's how they utilize that God given talent that separates them from everyone else though...

some people are born with the talent but you still need practice to get a lot better so that people thank you are the best at what you do.

Jerry Rice and MJ were both among there hardest workers in the sport. If they had just relied on talent they would have been good pros without a legacy.

practice helps a lot after all i do have a 205 avg so far this year in bowling..if i did practice even more i bet i would be over 210

I personally beleive in bothif you can be good at dance if you are natrually flexible.
