I want to know what a martial artist must do to move up a weight class and more importantly how can he keep the same speed when he does? I am curious about foods, supplements, and training drills for someone that fights in NHB or UFC fights.

I really really want to do Tae Kwon Do, but my freakin principal is forbidding all students in my school who have read Beatle Bailey to take it. Instead we have to go to art stuff and it sucks!!

Any way I could do other martial arts?? I have read the following comics before if that helps:
Cathy, Mutts, Family Circus, Jumpstart, Curtis, and Rex Morgan, M.D.

i was reading a forum and i came across a person who claimed that after training to the limit his immune system would weaken and catch a influenza. is this possible? would training too hard continuesly have a negative effect on your immune system? i ask because i noticed that when i train everyday, i find myself getting sick or feeling weak in few days after starting.

I need to find out if there is a "GO JU RYU" sensei, preferably from the "Taishu Shirota" legacy, in the San Diego area. I appreciate if you find their e-mail. Thank You!

We’re less than a week away from the most exciting UFC pay-per-view event since Liddell-Couture III earlier this year.

That’s right, the much anticipated rematch between UFC Welterweight Champion Matt Hughes and former UFC Welterweight Champion BJ Penn is going to be off the charts.

Predictions anyone?

I'm taking taekwondo, and I am going to test for my blue belt in a few months and I can't do the splits yet. Its not required bu it makes the higher kicks much easier also theres a tourney in a couple months so I gotta get ready for that too. I am about a 18" from the splits (spread eagle) and 9" from touchin my toes.
