my horse is 9 years old he has a fitted saddle. he has never bucked or reared before then he moved fields and the grass is very fresh. then he has bucking and rearing even on the lunge? do you have any suggestions why?

Melbourne Cup, I had a bet on 2nd placed Pop Rock to win, but i feel that horse should have won but in the last 100meters it ranacross and bumped into Delta Blues, which won. Who agrees it should have won and who knows why it didnt run straight?

When I was growing up, people believed a horse should be started under saddle at five years of age when they were done growing. Now people are starting them at two years or younger. Doesn't anyone start horses at five years anymore and why not? Isn't there any REAL horse trainers anymore?
