would you consider horses and riding as an actual sport? i do, but i was wondering if other people do as well who do not ride horses and dont realise how hard it can be. especially dressage.

What would be some good names for a really fast race horse(more than 1 word kinda like "Doc O Lena")
Mostly for studs and geldings and colts but mares and fillies too if its a good name.

Somethin that sounds like speed and stamina or means it .Please name several if possible, and nothin like (daisy or lightning). Thnx!

I'm writing a story and in it a horse whose mother was a thoroughbred mare that escaped from a racing and breeding ranch and bred with a wild mustang. In the story her young daughter is captured to be a rodeo horse by the same people who owned her mother. Anyways she is later sent to an English ranch to be broke after proving to be too wild and there she shows amazing skill and speed on the track so they enter or well try to enter her in a race.

Also her mother would've had papers and proof of lineage.

ok. i have a 12 year old thoroughbred gelding that is by houston(who is by seattle slew) and he is out of holy baba. the thing is my name is SAM and his registered name is COULD BE SAM... so he is going to start running barrels with NBHA in january and i want a COOL name for him but NOTHING OUT OF THE NAME BOOKS PLEASE. i want something VERY original... like my friends horses name is ALL JACK'D UP... i want some thing original like that but says some thing about him... he is 16.2 hands and weight 1200ib, he is like a big puppy dog, and is a DARK BAY almost black... please help me give him an original name that says his breeding but doesn't have sam in it... PLEASE HELP ME...HURRY...

My 12 year old mare is not as respondsive as i like i want to teach her to carry her head lower and collect up. I started with a d ring snaffle bit and it just isnt working. Any ideas???? Thanks
