Hi Giddyup,
Unfortunatley, not specifically for horses. However, if you click the pet category and then again on 'pets - general' I have see a lot of horse related questions/answers there. I have a 7-year old horse lover.
I wish they had more category options to. Maybe Yahoo will add more.

Unfortunatly not. Depending on the question you can ask in general pets or horse racing.

try Horse Racing and go from there
