He is still rehabing from his broken leg. He racing days are over. If it'd been any other horse it would have been put to sleep.

He was put out to stud, but died of a massive heart attack last August. His meat was sold to a South Korean speculator for 2.5 million. Horse meat is a delicacy in South Korea and "Barbaro" steaks sold for over $100,000 each. (In Korean culture, eating a champion is thought to give you that champion's powers.)
