Golf

I HATE it when people ask a question like "why is golf considered a sport". Most people say it isn't because old men play it. As a 15 year old golfer who watches PGA Tour pros who (With the exception of John Daly) are anything but, I really get annoyed. Please tell me what your opinion is on this.

After teeing off, my ball landed right next to a gate which was not out of bounds making it playable, but I could not make a full swing at my ball due to the fence.

Highschool practice just started. I had been shooting in the low 40's, and the first 2 days i was fine, shooting 43 and 41. Over the last 4 days i have shot 47,49,46, and 50. I will not be starting in the first match, and need to be able to shoot better soon.

i have been striking the ball pretty well lately but am not takin advantage of my hitting and am missing a lot of putts.


most of them i am leaving short so i think that im not accelrating.

We have 12 golfers who will play 4 rounds of golf. How do we arrange the foursomes so that each golfer gets to play with each other golfer at least once and no more than twice?

I've been needing a new putter, and don't want to spend too much money on one, but I found a used Odyssey white steel 2-ball putter in good condition for $100. So I was wondering if this was a good putter to pick up, or if there are any other putters for about $100 worth looking at instead. (FYI, I'm lefty)

Is there an indoor practice facility anywhere in Western Massachusetts ? I am near Springfield, but willing to drive up to an hour if anyone knows of one within that radius.

Preferrably a dome, but any sort of indoor area would be good.

I want to re-shaft my Ram Irons for the new season and I'm not sure what would be the best brand and type for my clubs. I am a beginner golfer and I shoot in the 100's. I make pretty good contact with the ball 70% of the time, but don't have much power. If I swing fast or hard I loose my accuracy. So, I'm not sure if stiff, or flex would be better. Any Suggestions would be cool Thanks.
