Since a junket is a pleasant event he would invite the rest of the Joint Chiefs to accompany him in playing golf. That means the meeting would then be lead by the Commander in Chief (G. W. Bush). Should he happen to actually notice that there are other people missing in the meeting, he would adjourn and relax in Crawford for a while.
