Tiger will always be the best and the top contender....that's obvious. But this year? Look for a Masters victory and no more than a top 10 at the U.S. Open. Sorry, but wayward driving doesn't yield Open victories....not even for Tiger. As far as the British Open...one might think that Tiger's wife would have disassociated herself from birth control at a time other than nine month's prior to The Open Championship. He probably won't even defend his title here. With the newborn, practice time will be at a premium for the world's best once the PGA comes around. I foresee a Master's title and nothing else for the '07 docket....just my opinion of course. This is Tiger we're talking about. He still could somehow win all four if the gestation cycle works out in his behalf.

Golf is a funny game and no one can tell you with any precision how well any player will do in the future...all the replies to your question will just reflect the opinions of the responders.

Having said that, given his skill level, dedication to the game and his past record, reasonable people may reasonably expect Tiger to have another outstanding year (at least by normal standards).

Limited play by Tiger due to his increasing wealth and power and impending child will make him a scarce figure. Always a factor-when playing.

He will be as good as he was last year. He has the determination and the will to win. That doesn't go away, no matter how rich you are.
He is at his peak and will stay there for quite a few years yet.
Wait and see.

Hi: He is hitting a lot fewer stray shots...one or two majors. (80%
for 1, (50%) for 2. Hope he and Phil play in a final round soon.

He'll be good obviously.

He'll win like 10 times.

But, he won't play enough events to win the FedEx Cup, especially with his soon to be child.

if he plays the way he started out and his swing is in check and no injuries occur i think it might be a deja vu to his 2000 season
