France deserved to be awarded a penalty for the handball made by Ronaldo in the penalty box! For god sake, FIFA it is about time you rely on the video evidence. The Spanish referee is obviosly biased and is depriving France of many free and corner kicks. France was almost robbed because of his favoritism!!!

I'm English but thought the whole flag thing was a little OTT purely because of the danger of losing before the semi finals..I noticed on my way home thought that lots of flags were still up hours after we had lost... what's all that about.. is is nationalism now?

Today after Brazil lost to France I couldn't help but wonder why Ronaldinho and even Robinho and Ronaldo, don't do the same moves we're so used to seeing in Club matches. The "fancy" dribbling seems to work more often than not, but when I see Ronaldinho in a one-on-one situation I have yet to see him do a move. This is stupid for asking, so please no sarcastic remarks.

Im tired of hearing this, these brazilians fans keep on saying that zidane will retire and brazil will beat them in 2010, im tired of hearing this. what about ronaldo? Aint he about to retire, and many other brazil players are going to retire. Both teams will need new players. Ronaldo dont even feel like playing, he want to go relax......he want to eat and drink beer
