Well, by the time you're 100 England might have some decent players. You never know. Still, the competition is only going to get tougher as more and more countries from outside Europe join in.

Probably, although it just gets harder and harder as more countries around the world develop their game. If it's going to happen, it's more likely to come sooner than later because of the increasing competition.
