i would have to go wit France and Germany...that would be a great match to watch and for third place Italy and Portugal...i hope Germany wins and i hope Italy beat Portugal for 3rd place

Couldn't have agreed more with you. For weeks now I have been telling people that the Brazil team is NOT going to win the World Cup. They didn't have enough drive. Germany has invested too much to not get to the final and france has found new life. The two will face off and Germany will, unfortunately, win.

France vs. Italy. My prediction: France is once again (since 1998) the World Cup champions by defeating Italy, 2-1. I predicted about a month ago that Brazil would get knocked out of the World Cup in the quarterfinals. Well, what do you know... it happened.

How about these frenchies!!! I wish Italy meets Portugal as it would be less stressful for me to watch my team, Italy play portugal. My guess and bet would be France-Italy ... France at last is combining potentiel with results and should swap away a tired and hurting portugal team. Italy is just better than Germany, however we saw how home pride and advantage push Grece to win the Euro, one of the very toughest tournament is the world of sports.

I think it will be France and Germany in the final. I'm rooting for France, but, facing reality, it will probably be teh Germans on home soil.
