This was a question on the Pitt-Navy game because Coach Wannstadt is a Pitt graduate. Although he will be fired at season's end, who are the others?

I know I would never marry a Browns fan, but I would never even date A Cowboys fan or a Bengals Fan. Probably not a Ravens fan or a Patriots fan either.

the bcs is exciting, but there are so many bowls now that everybody is in one and they mean less. I would like to have top 8 teams set up as follows:
#1 vs #8
#2 vs #7
#3 vs #6
#4 vs #5
-------------------
winner of 1 vs 8, plays winner of 4 vs 5
winner of 2 vs 7, plays winner of 3 vs 6
------------------
winner of 1,8,4,5 group plays winner of 2,7,3,6 group for national title.
tell me what you think?

Specifically, I'm looking for the 1999 AFC Wild Card game between the Titans and the Bills (The Music City Miracle game). I know sites where I can find the score, but I would also like to know how many turnovers each team had. I'm hunting down this information because I heard that the Titans won despite a turnover margin of -5 (like the Cowboys did this past Monday). I am trying to find out whether this has ever happened before or if I was misinformed. So, if you have any information on whether any team has ever won with a turnover margin of -5 before, I would gladly accept that information. I heard that a team that loses by 3 turnovers wins the game 9% of the time, so I figure it must be like 1 in 1000 for a team that loses by 5 turnovers, but I doubt there is much data on the subject, since such games are rare anyway. Thanks for the help.

After that dreadful collapse against Wake Forest last night, will the signal the demise of the Seminoles, and subsequently, the final year for Bobby Bowden as coach?

The upcoming schedule is BRUTAL for the Seminoles, most of games being on the road. There is no way they can skate through the ACC this year. They'll be lucky to end with an even record (6-6).

If he were to leave, who would be a good successor to follow?

The Broncos are scheduled to play a Monday Night game at home on Monday, October 29th.

If the Rockies get to the World Series and the series gets to a Game 5, then that game will be in Denver on the same night (according to the schedule on MLB.com)

How do you think the NFL will resolve this potential issue?

There is no Sunday Night game on NBC that week because of the World Series, but the game couldn't be played then anyway because Game 4 is in Denver. They could move the game to an early Sunday afternoon game and swap one of the early Sunday games to Monday Night, however this would mean the game would startat 11am in Denver. I don't live in Denver, so I don't know how close the Broncos and Rockies stadiums are to each other. If the stadiums are close by, then moving the game to 4:00 on Sunday could cause traffic problems with people leaving the Broncos game and people trying to get to the Rockies game.

It should be interesting to see what happens.

Chads strength is accuracy and not turning the ball over (being smart) in the last 2 games he has 5 int. The line is terrable and he has no time to throw. and play calling has been aweful this year. They have no pass rush at all on dee which means it makes it hard to win games. So Jets bad record is not all Chad's fault.

This guy is a chump and overrated. We saw his true colors last year in the playoffs on the field-goal attempt against Seattle, and Monday night against lowly Buffalo (six turnovers; not the Cowboys -- him). Yet, we see that cocky smile every time we see him tossing the football around on the sidelines or when he's being a butt-suck to Terrell Owens? C'mon, some defensive lineman/linebacker somewhere -- knock him into next week!!

It seems to me that the AP poll is out to lunch and doesn't rank correctly. The USA poll is slightly better, but still way out in left field. The Harris poll is also messed up but is the most correct of the 3.

Week 6. My first QB was Bulger....I dont need to say anymore. My choices for starting QB are slim. Im in 10 man league that loses 2 pts per interception. Young is ranked as high as #6 on some projections and as low as #20 on some. Garcia is always around #16. Who should I take?
