What are the schedules for teams wearing throwback?

If anyone has it i would like to know. I just want to know what week the pats wear there throwbacks. This week is jets.

Jets this week heard it on TV

Then the others did not know it was a scheduled thing. I guess at NFL.com

Whenever they feel like it and have the league approval is my guess. The Skins, Steelers, and Eagles all wore their throwbacks at the Home Opener because they are celebrating 75 years. The Steelers wear will their "throwback" again on their Monday Night game against Baltimore.
